As a performer I've been a church musician since the age of eleven.  I've appeared as a soloist in oratorio and concert.  I've been lucky enough to perform leading roles in musical theater and opera.   I perform with the jazz vocal trio"InSide Str8!"  I am available to sing and/or play for your special event.

As a teacher I teach voice and piano at Wehner's School of the Arts in Orange Park, Florida.  I have been teaching for over forty years.  About seven years ago I became intensely interested in voice science and especially its application to Contemporary Commerical Music (CCM).  I am certified as a Singing Specialist in "Somatic Voicework" (tm) The LoVetri Method.  I am also certified in Vocology through the National Center for Voice and Speech.

I have an interest in working with ENTs and Speech Therapists to help in the habilitation of healthy voice habits for singing and speaking.  I also am interested in helping the trans community modify their voices to fit their identities.
